Absolutely fantastic!

Our tour of Ireland with CIE was phenomenal. The itinerary was excellent, the hotels were great, and our bus driver/tour guide simply could not have been better. We had a variety of visits - from the big things people want to see to smaller, more personal visits - and everything was planned out just right. I would highly recommend using CIE.

The beauty of The Highlands can not be described. Our tour guide, as well as our driver was phenomenal!!! An exceptional tour; definitely recommend to everyone that has any interest in Scotland. We do plan to do another.

Clear and easy online booking

We booked on line and it went well. When I had any problems I was able to phone and talk to someone directly who quickly looked into the problem, fixed it, and sent an email letting me know.

Great and comprehensive tour

Noel, the tour guide, was both informative and amusing. The tour gave us a good feel for Ireland and its history

A Great Tour Planned and Executed to Perfection.

The tour was well planned and later carried out extremely well by the efficient Tour Director, Harry Fisher, and the Scottish guide, Onya. The hotels were in general of a very high standard; The rooms allocated to us were immaculate with all amenities. The towns we visited were interesting with loads of things to do and historical sites to see, however, we would’ve loved to stay longer or even spent the night in some of them like Pitlochry, a charming quaint town where planned itinerary didn’t allow to stay longer. All in all, the tour met our expectations. Thank you CIE, we’ll recommend you anytime.

Initial Stumbles, but got better

Initially confused, as an airfare deal was proposed, only to be removed. Otherwise good.

Easy to book, but the website isn't very mobile friendly when you try to login to see the tour you booked. My tour documents arrived via FedEx as expected. No issues with the booking, the payment or anything else.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our CIE Irish Adventure. Our tour guide Brian made sure that every detail was looked after so that our stay would be stress free. We have been on a number of trips to other places and found Brian to be exemplary. His knowledge of all things Irish was extensive and the passion he feels for his homeland was contagious. The hotels were clean, their staff was friendly and the variety of hotels was a pleasant surprise. Something for everyone! Ireland was a beautiful place to visit and we hope to return again some day.

Would order a CIE Tour again

Organization by tour guide Margareta was excellent. All transportation, hotel arrangements and food were as promised. Ginadi, the local guide in Moscow, was very good and informative and he showed his love for the City.
As far as Hermitage Museum is St. Petersburg I would limit the number of art rooms (Impressionist Artists) so as to spend more time and learn somethng about the paintings. We were "hered through the museum at a speed leaving us with just the names of the painters whose paintings were dsplayed.
