Smooth process.

Great trip , the tour guides and driver made all the difference in telling us about the country, it was quite evident that they love their country. They made every effort to see that we were cared for.

Very organized and informative.

Customer service reps need some work. Was kind of shocked that once they received my money there really wasn't much follow through with the rep. wanted to purchase insurance and wasn't told how to do so. was surprised I wasn't contacted before my trip or after by the rep.

I would recommend CIE, I hope to book a tour with you again.

A lot of hotel...

The booking was easy.

We had a little problem coordinating the airport to hotel transfers. They were eventually cleared up by our travel agent. We were traveling as a group of eight, but our transfer from Heathrow to Windsor, instead of being for our entire group was for four different vehicles which all arrived at different times

The online portal was very easy to use

The online store was easy to use. We needed to talk to a person and that person was also very helpful

That were great all around! Yes I would recommend them!

Overall it was relatively easy to navigate. There was a slight discrepancy with the room requests (ie. twin bed vs doubles vs queen) that was a little confusing during the booking process.
