Great knowledgeable tour guide nice hotels good pace

Great sites, and great guides 😃

The whole experience was very organized and smooth. All of the aspects of the tour as described beforehand occurred. Most importantly our driver/tour guide (Mr. Dalton) was fantastic, funny, pleasant and a wealth of knowledge.

Showed interesting places and demos and kept us busy...no time to get bored.

This is the second time my son and I toured with CIE, the first being 8 years ago and I was so pleased then I did not hesitate to see what you were offering in the Fall of 2023! This was a first for my husband who was very skeptical about traveling, but returned home very pleased. The trip was very well planned and we all agree that we would absolutely recommend CIE to others.

Great way to see Ireland

Very well organized and planned. We saw so many of the great sites. Ring of Kerry and Giants Causeway were highlights for us. Just enough time at each stop. Well done, busy but still relaxing. Highly recommend

My tour guides were very well organized and informative. They were able to quickly substitute another activity when one of our day trips had to be canceled because of weather. The tour itinerary allowed me to visit sites I would not have been able to get to on my own.

CIE is a great tour grroup!

I enjoyed our bus driver. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed the spots we were taken to. They were exciting and fun!

Iceland Northern Lights in January

Our tour director Maria and bus driver Jon Ragnar were great. They made the trip interesting and full of facts about Iceland and the people who live there. I was impressed how they were able to move things around if the weather wasn't good or it was too icy. Unfortunately is was unusually warm for the 2nd week in January so it was drizzly and cloudy and we didn't see the Northern Lights. But they tried and kept an eye on the weather at all times just in case. We had a good group of people and everyone was on time always.

This was our first experience with a guided tour. One of the positives was this was a small, diversified group (21) with an age range from 10 to 70. Our driver/tour guide, Mark, did an excellent job. He was professional and provided helpful hints and recommendations for touring on our own, as well as insight to the Irish culture.

Although I was initially disappointed that our first hotel wasn’t in Dublin City, it was only a 20 minute walk to the closest Hop on Hop Off Bus Stop. It afforded us an opportunity to experience several restaurants, local neighborhoods, architecture and history. The location proved to be a bonus to meet and mingle with the locals. Each hotel met our needs and provided a daily breakfast.

The Merry Ploughboy and Mid Evil food and entertainment were excellent. The staff and performers at both of these establishments deserve recognition.

The tour itself was face paced and we saw a lot in a short period of time. After all, it was just “A Taste of Ireland” . From our experience, I would not hesitate to book another CIE tour.

Iceland-Jan 24

Travel agent, guide and driver were excellent. Hotels and meals were great! Site locations awesome- need more time at many of the outdoor locations (felt rushed). Air travel arrangements were awlful! Jet Blue out of Detroit is dirty and grimy(yucky) at the gate and on both planes.

Wonderful trip

The tour guides were wonderful. Not enough shopping time.

My wife and I loved our tour of Scotland. We were able to see the most we could in the time we had. Even though the bus was not always the most comfortable, the views, tour guide and safe driving more than made up for it. I would recommend CIE and I would use them again.

I would certainly travel with CIE Tours again. It was top notch from the lodging, meals, bus and driver, tours, etc. I have nothing negative to say about this tour.

The tour was great and our driver/tour guide George was one of the best I have ever experienced. His knowledge was impressive and he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip.

A wonderful vacation

From the very beginning when Michael picked us up at the airport to the end of our trip we felt that we were welcomed and our needs were met. The accommodations were good but a little dated, the meals were fantastic and the sight seeing was wonderful. Overall we would rate this vacation as a 10 out of 10 with some parts being an 11 and others a 9. Our tour guide, Michael was truly amazing and gets an 11 across the board

Our tour guide JOHN made the tour with his history, knowledge, and kind and caring matter. He is an asset to your organization. The best was Dingle for day trip, accommodation was Killarney and carriage trip, meals and customer service was hotel in southern Dublin, horse ranch was a nice way to conclude the trip.

Irish Classic

The tour was great- there was plenty of time for ourselves balanced with the tour itself. The driver and moderator were fantastic. I loved every minute
