Trip went very well. Tour guide was so nice and really helped make sure we had a good time. Just the right amount of scheduled and unscheduled time for us.

The content of the tour was interesting. The food was abysmal. Why must all tours provide meals lacking flavor or national origin? At least give people one interesting choice and save the cafeteria food for the masses

Itinerary was fine. The bus drivers-Joe and Colin- were absolutely first class. Their driving skills and their people skills were impressive. The guide was less than we have experienced before; for example, he was not available to us when we could not get audio or print guides to Windsor Castle. He was not a ‘people person’. Previous guides were ready to help with any barrier that came up - even when they were ‘off-line’. We also were less than impressed with not getting our bags, straps, etc. before leaving Canada: unlike our US co-travellers. We still do not know why these things cannot be sent to Canada ahead of time. It is useless not to have them. You expect us to tip and pay like any US traveller! Also why is Helen not receiving a review request??

The tour was great. Tour director very knowledgeable. Only difficulty was the voucher transfers from airport to hotel on arrival and hotel to airport on departure. No one showed for our transfers. Made for some anxiety and worry. Other than that all went very smoothly

Helpful during the booking experience, actively worked with me when a small problem with one of the flights required a change. Always polite and friendly.

The booking went well, except for the outbound flight, where I had a 5-6 hour layover in Newark. The travel agency did an excellent job in finding the perfect tour for me.
