The booking service went smoothly

This was my first trip with CIE but I am eagerly looking to travel with them again. It was easy to book and all the information was then available online. Our tour guide, Amanda, was wonderful. She was very proud of her country and enjoyed showing it to us from the perspective of a local person. The food was super as well as the accommodations. I have nothing to complain about.

Both booked tours were cancled. Rebooed the Enland /Wales. Booked Business Air in February and had lousy seats. Our 4 star tour in England and Wales a huge drop down from our 5 star Irish tour with CIE. Hotel dinners mediocre at best .

Very easy. Talked to a rep who was very helpful in scheduling tour and airline tickets.

We booked thru a travel agency.

Was a bit more difficult than I would have liked when a flight needed to be changed because the airline made a revision.

Trip:

A bus with a bathroom that could be used if needed in emergencies. A tour guide who was interested in the welfare of the passengers. She was the worst tour guide I have ever had. I was very disappointed. The first hotel with the bathroom with a sliding door should never be used. There is no privacy. We did see a lot so I gave it the three stars but the tour guide was awful

I just booked my 3rd CIE tour. I love that they take care of everything and no surprise costs.
