This was my first trip with CIE but I am eagerly looking to travel with them again. It was easy to book and all the information was then available online. Our tour guide, Amanda, was wonderful. She was very proud of her country and enjoyed showing it to us from the perspective of a local person. The food was super as well as the accommodations. I have nothing to complain about.

Not sure what you mean by booking service. Not the tour itself, but the logistics folks? Everything was great. Very satisfied. This may be off topic, but I would have appreciated an opportunity to wash our clothes mid-tour. We didn't want to travel too heavy.

It was our first experience on a tour and we loved it. Our tour guide Phil Coates and our bus driver Alan were excellent. The only part we did not like was the changing hotels almost every night and the very quick visits in towns. We loved Bath and only had a couple of hours there. We knew what the tour would be and we now know we will not book one that moves every night. We will consider another CIE tour in the future. Well done...

As a returning customer, I felt CIE was the best tour company to contact to set up a family reunion for three siblings who each live in different parts of the US.

Both booked tours were cancled. Rebooed the Enland /Wales. Booked Business Air in February and had lousy seats. Our 4 star tour in England and Wales a huge drop down from our 5 star Irish tour with CIE. Hotel dinners mediocre at best .

Was a bit more difficult than I would have liked when a flight needed to be changed because the airline made a revision.

Customer: Ms. Susan Di Virgilio

A bus with a bathroom that could be used if needed in emergencies. A tour guide who was interested in the welfare of the passengers. She was the worst tour guide I have ever had. I was very disappointed. The first hotel with the bathroom with a sliding door should never be used. There is no privacy. We did see a lot so I gave it the three stars but the tour guide was awful
