The experience and trip went really well. I really enjoyed Leman, our tour guide. He did a fantastic job and filled us in with lots of information. The price of the trip was very reasonable. I would definitely take CIE Tours again. The only draw back was the early mornings at 6am wakeup.

We had Mick as our driver and Liam as our tour guide and they made the whole trip even better than we had expected. We all felt like we were their favorite group, and we all got along so well. There was so much fun every day and lots of interesting information. We didn't want to miss a minute of it. We were always on time everywhere and missed the crowds, plus we all had fun writing silly Limericks and Liam was always game to read them. Mick and Liam always greeted us and helped us in and out of the bus safely. Thank you for such a wonderful trip

Booking service went well. I was nervous because booking agents kept changing or leaving and there was no specific agent to handle my trip causing some stress towards planning

John, our tour guide, and Mick, our driver, were outstanding. They worked tirelessly to ensure we had seamless transitions between activities, meals, and hotels. They were friendly and entertaining. John provided local color for each location we visited. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have liked to try more traditional Irish food. We had filet of beef, chicken supreme, and vegetarian curry at most dinners. The appetizers and desserts were excellent. The entrees ranged from good to overcooked, tough, and stringy.

The people we met on the tour were friendly and fun to be with. Our Driver/Guide, Denis O'Sullivan was very personable, entertaining, knowledgeable about Irish history and fun! He also was an expert, careful and patient driver! Thank you Denis for all you did to give us a memorable and exceptional vacation!

I thought this was a fabulous tour. Tom, our guide was not only entertaining but he was so knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and his stories, his sense of humor and knowledge made this trip special. There was only one hotel that I felt was not good. I think it was the Granville in Waterford. We had an awful smell in our room, coming from the shower and it was at times hard to stay in the room. Loved the castle but the other hotels were quite nice. My only suggestion is that we needed more free time to shop, just walk around or relax. We were going all day and then had to quickly get ready for dinner or the evening event. Other than that, I thought the places and sites we visited were so interesting. I am hoping to do a trip with your tour group to Scotland, possibly next year and I have highly recommended your company .
