Excellent great locations, food, and an terrific tour guideI booked with my travel agent. But we had many questions and everytime we wrote directly to CIE and always had a quick response. The trip was excellent and the fact that our bus was always the first everywhere we went we never had lineup. The weather was excellenct 17 days in the UK and no rain this made it wonderful although something no one can control.

Everything was easy. The whole tour was well planned and executed. The hotels and meals were excellent, it was a great vacation experience. John Green was the best coach driver and tour guide ever.

Excellent tour with exception of the last dayI sent an email to our CIE agent and got no response here is a copy. Please pass this on to the appropriate official. The tour was excellent 13 days of fun and learning along with the sight seeing. The last day after we submitted our survery was to say the least a mess. The remaining 24 people on the last couple of days were told a bus was to pick us up at the hotel, the Clayton Hotel Burlington road at 8:45 AM which would take us to the double deck green Dublin loop bus for which we all had vouchers. No bus showed, the hotel people seem to think a bus would arrive at 9:30 but again no bus showed. We were told it was a 10 minute walk but no directions were available just walk down that street. At this point we had to take a cab. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything. On the 14th day, members of our group of 8 made arrangements in accordance with the voucher provided to use for a VIP taxi pickup, We told them 8 people and 8 suitcases. This was for a 5:30AM pickup. The 1st taxi that showed up was a small mini van which was able to take 4 of the 8 in our group. This taxi left but told the remaining 4 people another taxi was on the way and would be there in a few minutes. When the taxi showed up it could only carry 2 people and there luggage. Another taxi had to be called to take the 2 remaining people to the airport. We should never have had all 8 people under 1 vouchers. In was a nightmare trying to get to the airport. Better arrangements should have been made. For future references vouchers should only be issued to groups of 2 people or change the arrangements with VIP taxi services.
