Good value for the money.

Loved our driver/tour director Phil! He was very knowledgeable in Irish history. He talked about the area and points of interest too!

Our tour guide - Murt - was fantastic. We were busy every minute but we never felt rushed. It was a perfect trip.

Suburb Tour!

The CIE experience was absolutely fantastic! The guides knowledge and driving were suburb! I saw everything I wanted to and more!

Some good, some not so good.

End of february 2024.
This was our third trip to Ireland for my wife and I, and the first one for my father.

Contrary to our other trips, the backsack kits was sent to our home in Montréal,
instead of being given to us on our arrival in Ireland. A pleasant surprise.
The Dublin airport reception was very good, the lady, can't remimber her name,
was very nice and helpful. We were scheduled for a bus group transfert but finally got a private taxi transfert.

We arrived much too early at our Dublin hotel, couldnt get later flights from Montréal.
Flights were bought through CIE.
I had asked directly to the hotel for an early room access 5 days before our arrival.
There was a big rugby game the evening before our arrival, bad timing.
We did get an early access from 11:30.
Thanks going to the staff of the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge.

Our guide/driver Lawrence was a real Irish no non-sense character that we really liked.
The group wasnt very energetic/interactive but was getting better on the last two days, not CIEs fault though.

The coach was very confortable, clean and recent with good wi-fi.
We had an early flight out on our last day.
I had to personnally ask the hotel manager for a takeout breakfast the evening before.
We would of though that CIE had already asked for this, since they knew our flight time, not so.

Murt was outstanding!

Outstanding! Tour guide Murt elevated an already great experience with his knowledge and wit. The tour was very well organized - beautiful sites, great accommodations and food. Would highly recommend it!

CIE Tours made my goal of touring Ireland easy to accomplish!

Everything was well run and organized! The person who helped me book the tour was very helpful and quickly responded to my emails/phone calls.

Noel was a fantastic driver and guide! Funny with dad jokes galore. Very knowledgeable, organized, punctual. He even went over his hours when his relief driver was unable to make it and he brought us to our Irish Night dinner and show. Hotels were beautiful except Clayton Ballsbridge was far from the Hop on Hop Off bus stop. It really was a taste of Ireland but did cover a first timer's list of must-see attractions. Great restaurants and food.

Great Trip To Ireland

We were well taken care of by our guide, Leslie. he was very knowledgeable. I was happy that we got around to see a lot of beautiful Ireland.

Would definitely recommend

It was a wonderful trip. Loved our driver and guide Brian H. He gave us so much history of Ireland it made the trip all the better.

The guide and bus driver were good. We could tell that we were the first tour of the season. Some things were not communicated to the group and parts of our tour were cut out without anyone on the tour knowing.

Our bus driver/tour guide Brian H. was incredible, he was very organized and knowledgeable. With having just 7 days to see the whole country of Ireland we had a wonderful group of people to travel with. We were able stay on our tight schedule. We would probably need a day or two added to the trip, but we would have liked to go inside more attractions other than seeing the outside or have more time at the Famine Ship.
We really enjoyed the St. Patrick's Day Dinner and entertainment at the Pub. Would it be possible to have more entertainment included with other included dinners?
The accommodations were great. I need a walk-in shower and that was no problem.
We really enjoyed this tour. It was our first time out of the United States.

Encourage others to take this tour.

Our guide and driver Brian was the best, he explained so much of the history of Ireland. The meals were great, the stops were exactly what I wanted to see. Brian kept us well informed the entire trip..

Amazing experience!

Our tour director/driver Brian was awesome! He was so knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and all the places we went he gave us background information. He would sing, site poems, tell stories and more. Seeing all of the locations was relaxing as we let the driving to someone else to do. Amazing experience!

Our tour guide, Philip, was amazing. He was so informative and made each day an adventure. We were well prepared for each place we visited. The hotels were lovely, the food was great.

CIE is top notch. The tour director was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a joy to travel with. Accommodations were great. Food, lodging and experiences were head and shoulders above any other tour group I've traveled with. Will definitely use CIE again.

All the sites were great. Accommodates and meals all first class. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and related to all of us.

Great Trip! I Would Go Again!

CIE Tours made it easy to understand what was going to happen and when. I appreciate the backpack, booklets and supplies they sent us to get ready for the trip.

When the plane landed, I didn't have any issue finding the airport transfer. The representative picked me out right away and told me where to get the transfer.

Our tour guide was great at letting us know the itinerary and giving us tips along the way.

The transfer to the airport after the trip was also easy to find.

Guides were fab, some things need a look into.

Guides were fab. George Murray was awesome. The out sourced travel agent from CIE not helpful!!!

The night excursions weren’t great. Would have rather had time to explore on my own. Clappy Doo horrible. Even venue for it was not pleasant. Bagpipe player was nice, but in that venue horrible.

Barge ride was just ok.

The dinner and show in castle-music superb everything else not. Dangerous if fire had broken out. We could have not all gotten out w those single file stairs.

WiFi on coach not enough.

Too many hotel changes!
