CIE Tours is currently seeking candidates for a Part-Time Group Reservations Coordinator to provide administrative support for specialized group tours. 

Flexible schedule available Monday through Friday up to 29 hours per week.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write itineraries for group tours with direction of Group Specialist.
  • Enter air confirmations and flight details.
  • Create rooming lists and other tour related documentation
  • Track and provide pricing updates, as needed.
  • Process invoices for group bookings.
  • Update group statements and maintain group quote report.
  • Process revisions and amendments to group contracts.
  • Reconcile post tour documentation.
  • Provide assistance to Group department on various duties when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Minimum H/S Diploma. Exp. w/travel/hospitality industry preferred.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
